The first day of the MobileGo crowdsale is in the books and we are pleased to announce that with your support we raised over $6 million our first 24 hours. Thank you to all of you that have participated so far!
We are aware of a couple of issues some people are currently experiencing. We want to address in more detail the reasons for these issues and what we are doing to resolve them.
Some people have noticed their BTC deposit displays disappear from their portal. The deposit display confirmations you see after depositing are linked to a blockchain explorer API. Sometimes this API can become unstable, causing the display to temporarily disappear.
This does NOT effect any deposits, only the display. All of your funds are linked to your account and will not be changed in any way. We are aware of this issue and a patch will be available shortly. If you notice this happening in the future, please note this is only a temporary display issue and will be fixed.
Additionally a small percentage of people have had issues seeing their ETH and GAME deposit confirmations. These issues have mostly been resolved. We are now handling this on a case by case basis. If you are having this issue please email us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it.
